How It Works
First Appointment
Request a virtual consultation with our program specialist to talk about your goals and the best testing and care options for you. We serve patients in person at our Santa Barbara clinic and nationwide through virtual care, with licenses in 45 states to support you wherever you are.
You’ll get access to our secure online patient portal to complete paperwork and obtain your lab work information. For your blood sample, you have two convenient options:
- We can arrange a mobile phlebotomist to come to your home or office,
- Or, you can visit a local Quest Lab near you — enabling us to serve you anywhere in the country.
Both of these options will give us your lab results within 10-14 business days of the blood draw.
Test Results
For most patients, we schedule your consultation roughly 14 business days after your bloodwork/testing is completed, to ensure enough time for the results to get to us. Your results will often include the following panels: CBC, CMP, testosterone, free Testosterone, sex hormone binding globulin, estradiol, Pregnenolone, C-reactive protein, progesterone, LH and FSH, thyroid antibodies, total T3, total T4, cortisol, DHEA-S, PSA, vitamin D and vitamin B12 and much much more
Personalized Consultation
Program Selection & Medications
After a few different customized options are presented to you, you will feel informed and ready to move forward with the program that you and the doctor both feel is right for you.
Once you get started, we will order your medications, and show you how to use your medications. Medications will be sent directly to you from one of our in-network pharmacies.
You will also receive an in depth dosing video from our doctor and have the chance to do a personalized dosing appointment with the doctor if needed.
